Refund & Cancellation Policy: Camp James Hotel

1. Cancellation Windows
Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time (2:00 PM local time).
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay (plus applicable taxes).
No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive on your scheduled date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged and the reservation will be released.

2. Refund Process & Timelines
Refunds are processed using the original payment method used during booking:
Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel): Approved refunds typically reflect within 24–48 hours.
Credit/Debit Cards: Depending on your bank, refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear on your statement.
Cash Payments: Refunds for cash deposits are issued via bank transfer or at the hotel upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Rates
Bookings made under non-refundable promotional rates are not eligible for refunds or date changes. These terms are clearly communicated at the time of booking.

4. Early Departure
If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, please notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Remaining nights may be subject to a 50% early departure fee.

5. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or government travel restrictions, Camp James Hotel may offer a full refund or a credit voucher for a future stay, subject to management approval.
