Terms of Service: Camp James Hotel

1. Booking & Reservations
By making a reservation at Camp James Hotel, you agree to provide accurate identification and contact details. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by hotel management.

2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-in: 2:00 PM (Local Uganda Time). A valid government-issued ID (National ID or Passport) is required upon arrival.
Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment & Mobile Money
We accept major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), cash (UGX/USD), and Mobile Money (MTN & Airtel). Full payment or a confirmed deposit is required to secure your reservation.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay.

5. Guest Conduct & Security
For the safety and comfort of all guests, Camp James Hotel maintains a strict policy against illegal activities. We reserve the right to refuse service or request guests to leave if their behavior is disruptive or violates hotel policies.

6. Liability & Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Camp James Hotel is not liable for loss of personal valuables not securely stored.
